What is this service?

This is the processing of employee pay each week or month so that the correct
levels of net pay and tax / NHI are calculated.

We use a windows compliant payroll application that allows us to maintain an
unlimited number of payrolls for businesses. Each business payroll is discrete and
backed up each day.

Why use this service?

Are you processing your payroll in Excel?
Are you reliant on 1 person completing this task and have no back up for illness etc?
Is the payroll an activity that stops you managing your business?

Pre requisites

Set up
There will be a one off exercise to record the following details:
1. Employer details including any tax references.
2. Change of payroll agent as recorded with the HMRC.
3. Employee details including standing data like full name and address as well as
gross pay, allowances and any voluntary deductions.

During the set up phase we will agree:
1. Cut off dates for each payroll run for any changes.
2. Key business contact details including email address.

Process
Each period, we will need:
1. The details of starters and leavers since the last payroll run.
2. Any changes to gross pay for each employee.
3. Any other payroll related changes that will need to be processed on a
timely basis on the payroll.

Included in the service

1. All reports for each payroll period to confirm gross to net (for the book keeping)
as well as payroll deductions to be paid and employee payslips.
2. On line submission of annual payroll related returns.

We will send all reports in pdf file format to an email address supplied by you.

Excluded from this service

But these tasks as normally completed by you!

1. Payment of net pay to each employee.
2. Payment of payroll deductions to each relevant party including HMRC.

Pricing

Subject to confirmation of the needs of your business and number of employees,
we charge £30 per quarter per employee for monthly paid and £45 per quarter
per employee for weekly paid.
